With the latest update you removed the ability to filter by item type; please bring this feature back! I love this app and use it all the time and without all of the filters its really hard to use. I also would love to see product ratings/reviews pulled from the regular Nordstrom app/website!
Just started using the app and the store. The app is great and so are the sales.
This application allows me to see what is available online and to order from home or see at the store. Truly wonderful.
First time using it. Found some cute items. Very easy to use.
I love everything Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack. This app allows me the opportunity to shop on the go!
Love the app just need a way to save my favorites or make a wish list.
Some bad moments
The site has great deals but the functionality of the shopping basket is a MAJOR PAIN: items expire and you have to keep re-adding stuff to your basket if you arent a lightning shopper and some items say theyve expired and have notices next to them that make no sense. Expired items dont seem to translate to the web sight login. And, often times expired items just disappear entirely even though you can go back online and find them and add them back to your basket! Theres a major functionality problem here! So, I missed multiple items that I had added to my basket on my app but didnt show up online. Theres also no expedited shipping and no email notice with tracking so, you have NO idea when you will receive any of your merchandise!
I wish it were also easier to search for merchandise in your size. They just dont make that easy so you have to dig through listings like youre actually at the rack digging through racks! Its a very, VERY time-consuming but, I did find several amazing deals and for that I am very happy! Hopefully, over time they will clean up this app, make it so that items you put in your shopping basket dont timeout within a couple of hours so that you can keep shopping. And mostly, Im hoping that they add some expedited shipping! Who wants to wait for unknown periods of time for their merchandise to arrive!?
This App gives very little info unless you register and log in. I have minor reservations regarding privacy if Im making a purchase (Id have to trust a site to give them my cc#). But I prefer to shop and browse in private.
Deleted the app.
Ill go browse at the store. At least the security staff says "Hello" when they spy on you.

I love the app and the content; Nordstrom Rack is a great way to get cheap clothes at great quality. The app itself is fine, but one thing really pains me.
Im the kind of person that will want to buy something, then come back for it later to get it, or put things together to save for later. This is why by biggest pet peeve is how THE APP HAS NO WISHLIST. Also, the shopping cart expires! Please either fix this with a unlimited cart time limit or adding a wishlist/saved for later option so I dont have to continuously re-search for clothes. Thank you!
This has to be the worst company I have ever shopped with.
List of awful things:
Your items expire in your cart
They do not offer expedited shipping
The company they ship through is awful and cant follow simple directions like not leaving an expensive package in plain sight on your porch
They constantly send you the wrong item over and over
You waste countless hours on the phone trying to get them to do something as simple as send you the right item
When doing so they offer you nothing but free shipping on that item that you were supposed to have weeks ago and now you have to wait another yet another week because they dont have expedited shipping
They dont care
Use your money elsewhere because this company doesnt understand customer service. Ill no longer be giving them my business thats for sure.
Love the store and the app! Super easy to use and navigate. Havent had any issues. Love it!
